Returning Student Checklist

Time to enroll or re-enroll. To make this as easy as possible, we have provided all the information and forms you’ll need right on this page. Please take some time to review the attached pages and complete the following online forms:

1. Select Your Classes under the “Classes” tab “Register for Classes”
2. Parents review the Dress Code with your student(s) and sign at the bottom of the page.
3. Have each Vine member read and acknowledge the Parent/Student agreement
4. Review the Photo Release and sign at the bottom of the page.
5. Print and return Emergency Form
6. Print and return a Vine Release Form 
7. Print and return a Permission to Attend Waiver
8. Student Honor Code Form
9. Vine’s Statement of Faith
