DESCRIPTION:
Credits: 2 semesters = 10 high school credits. BJU Algebra 1 is a problem-solving course where students will learn the fundamentals of algebra, including, but not limited to: evaluating algebraic equations – including multi-variable equations; graphing functions and relations; identifying, graphing and writing linear equations; simplifying and factoring polynomials; graphing systems of inequalities; solving quadratic equations; analyzing probability data and much more. Students will learn to analyze a problem, identify and apply the correct method for solving real-world problems.
