MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

Appointments can be made/or walked in at the UPS store or Postal Annex in Morgan Hill. If you choose one of these locations… print the form, write “Volunteer” under the Authorized Applicant Type, and bring the form and your ID with you. Vine appreciates donations for the cost of the service. If you need assistance with the cost, please get in touch with the administration.
For appointments at the Sheriff’s Office,

Click on: “Make Appointment” button

Select a location that works best for you

They will want to know some information:

WHAT TO BRING

Bring your  on-line appointments printouts.

Valid photographic government I.D. MUST be presented at time of service.
Acceptable forms of I.D. are:   Driver’s License, California Identification Card, Military I.D, Passport

Fingernails: Extremely long fingernails may prevent proper contact of the printing platen.

Bandaged or Injured Fingers:  Reschedule your appointment until the injured finger can be printed.

FEES: Applicants or volunteers with nonprofit organizations will be charged a $20.00 local fingerprinting fee. The fees are subject to change without notice.   Acceptable forms of payment:             

 Cash (exact amount) or Check only.   NO CREDIT CARDS – PLEASE.
