Vine Academy is a Christian, home-school co-op. We have been established to help parents raise, educate, and mentor their children according to their design so that they might bear fruit—Glory to the Father. Most classes are taught two days per week so that parents can continue to oversee, school, and train their children at home. Vine Academy is looking for teachers who fit the following model:

Christ-centered individuals proficient in their subject area, who enthusiastically instill a passion for their subject in their students.
Conscientious teachers willing to use traditional and non-traditional practices in teaching by:
Setting practical academic goals for student learning.
Communicate course objectives, assignments, and criteria for grading.
Methods incorporate different learning styles.
We are establishing a safe, productive environment for learning.
Treating students and their work with respect: grading fairly, according to criteria, and returning it promptly.
You are connecting the importance of the subject to student’s lives and futures through a biblical worldview.
You are communicating with students, parents, and staff concerning student progress and concerns.
Respectful team players who are willing to graciously receive and give input, always striving for the best in ourselves and our students.
Have fully invested in student character development and the Vine community.
